I had the pleasure of ringing in the New Year’s in beautiful Belize.We booked a villa at one of director (maestro)Francis Coppola’s resort. To our dismay we found out that a terrible hurricane had hit the country 6 months prior and that some villas were still being rebuilt , including ours. To our surprise , we were given a first class Italian lunch and a beautiful 2 story , 6 bedrooms villa with private pool outside the resort. I felt like Michael Corleone…

Overall, our trip to Belize was an amazing and unforgettable experience. We were able to see a side of the world that is vastly different from what we are used to and we formed memories that will last a lifetime. From zip lining through the rainforest to swimming with dolphins, we did it all and loved every minute of it.
