1936 Coffee Pudding made in a flash

In honour of British Pudding Day we want to share our wonderful and reviving 1936 Coffee pudding dessert that is surprisingly simple to make.

Ingredients

• 3 cups milk (1/2 litre)
• 3 tbsp corn flour
• 1½ tsp i1936 Torrefacto Chocolate Instant coffee Powder
• Sugar to taste



Directions

• Step 1

In a bowl, combine everything without creating any lumps.

• Step 2

Put a strainer over this mixture to filter it.

• Step 3

Stir this constantly as it boils

• Step 4


When the pudding mixture has pleasantly thickened, remove it from the heat.

Let the pudding cool down.

• Step 5

To set, place the pudding in the refrigerator (not the freezer) for at least 4 hours.

 Step 6

Before serving, sprinkle the pudding with cocoa powder.
