• 1 cup butter
• 1 ¼ cups white sugar
• 1 egg
• 3 ripe bananas
• 1 heaping tablespoon of 1936 Torrefacto Chocolate Instant Coffee
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
