Here's a waffle recipe that incorporates our 1936 Instant Coffees for a delicious twist. You can use any of por 6 flavours !

Coffee-Infused Waffles
Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (made from 1936 instant coffee)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
Instructions:

Preheat and Prepare:

Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
In a small bowl, dissolve the instant coffee granules in the brewed 1936 coffee. Set aside to cool slightly.
Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients:

In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk, cooled coffee mixture, oil or melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter may be a little lumpy; do not overmix.
Cook the Waffles:

Lightly grease the waffle iron if needed. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron, using about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of batter per waffle (depending on the size of your waffle iron). Cook until the waffles are golden brown and crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve:

Serve the waffles warm with your favorite toppings such as syrup, whipped cream, fresh fruit, or a dusting of powdered sugar.
Enjoy your delicious coffee-infused waffles!
