Powerhouse Coffee Overnight Oats
An alternate method of preparing oatmeal that does not require cooking is overnight oats. Overnight, milk,1936 coffee and oats are combined and stored in the refrigerator. They will absorb the liquid and change into soft, creamy oatmeal throughout that time. You can experiment with the flavours and toppings as frequently as you like once you've found the ideal oat to milk ratio.Ours of course are made with our 1936 Torrefacto Coffee , giving you extra flavour and antioxidants .

There's nothing like the smell of fresh brewed coffee in the morning. It wakes you up and gets your day started off right. But sometimes, you don't have time to make coffee in the morning. That's where these coffee overnight oats come in. You can make them ahead of time so that all you have to do is wake up and enjoy a cup of delicious coffee-flavored oatmeal!

These oats are also a great way to start your day if you're trying to watch your calorie intake, since they're healthy and filling but not too high in calories. Give them a try for yourself and see how good they are!


INGREDIENTS

Ingredients
• Steel cut oats
• Chia seeds
• 1/4 cup prepared (2 tablespoons) 1936 Torrefacto Instant Coffee (any of our 6 flavours) 
• Milk
• Maple syrup
• Plain Greek yoghurt
• Pinch of salt


Directions

• Step 1

Oats, chia seeds, and a dash of salt should be added to a bowl or glass jar (ex: a Mason jar). Add the milk, maple syrup, and prepared 1936 Instant Coffee. Stir it thoroughly.

• Step 2

Add the yoghurt and stir. You want to end up with a rich, creamy mixture. Put a lid on the jar or cover the bowl with plastic wrap. The coffee overnight oats should be placed in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).

• Step 3


Add the toppings of your choice and serve .
