Smooth and delicious Vanilla Cupcakess

Ingredients:

For the cupcakes:

1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon 1936 Torrefacto Vanilla Instant Coffee granules (dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water)
1/2 cup whole milk

For the frosting:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon 1936 Torrefacto Vanilla Instant Coffee granules (dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water)
Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tin with paper liners.

2. Prepare the instant coffee:
Dissolve 1 tablespoon of i1936 Torrefacto Vanilla Instant Coffee granules in 1 tablespoon of hot water. Set aside to cool.

3. Mix dry ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

4. Cream butter and sugar:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

5. Add eggs and vanilla:
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Then, add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.

6. Add coffee mixture:
Add the dissolved instant coffee mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until well incorporated.

7. Alternate dry ingredients and milk:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in three parts, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

10. Prepare the frosting:
In a medium bowl, beat together the softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and the dissolved 1936 Torrefacto Vanilla Instant Coffee mixture until smooth and creamy.

11. Frost the cupcakes:
Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, frost them with the coffee-flavored frosting.
