Vanilla Coffee Pudding

1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups of cold milk
2 tablespoons of 1936 Torrefacto Vanilla instant coffee
Whipped cream (optional, for serving)
Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and the cold milk. Whisk the mixture together for about 2 minutes, or until the pudding starts to thicken.
In a separate small bowl, dissolve the 1936 Vanilla instant coffee granules in a small amount of hot water. Stir until the coffee granules are fully dissolved.
Pour the dissolved coffee into the pudding mixture and whisk it together until well combined. Make sure the coffee is evenly distributed throughout the pudding mixture.
Once the pudding is fully mixed, let it sit for about 5 minutes to allow it to set further.
After the pudding has set, transfer it to individual serving dishes or a larger serving bowl. Cover the dishes with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the pudding is fully chilled and set.
Prior to serving, you can garnish the pudding with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings or cocoa powder on top for extra flavor and presentation.
