You say Coffee Caramel Custard we say Flan De Cafe

One of my all-time favourite desserts is flan in any form. The custard, while soft and creamy, is firm enough to keep its shape. With a spoon, I can take a big bite out of it and watch the caramel topping flow into the void. You shouldn't rush through this dessert; instead, savour each bite.

As a fellow coffee enthusiast, I decided to add some kick to a traditional flan recipe this year. However, flan is actually quite simple to prepare, despite its seemingly elaborate name. This is a recipe you have to try! Your loved ones will be impressed, and you'll get an excellent dessert to enjoy in the afternoon.

Flan, the traditional Mexican baked custard dessert, is made with eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, condensed milk, and evaporated milk. It reminds me a little of creme caramel, actually. In order to get its typical silky, creamy texture, it is baked in a water bath, inverted, and chilled before being topped with caramel sauce and served. We will offer you a quicker an easier version.

Flan is similar to a milky, sweet cheesecake with a toasted sugar caramel sauce on top. Both the custardy base and the caramelised top have subtle coffee notes thanks to the espresso I infused into the recipe.

Thie simple Mexican dessert, Coffee Flan, is a delicious pick-me-up in the afternoon. This flan is made with our delicious 1936 Torrefacto Cubano silver Coffee, so it's silky smooth, and it's flavoured just right with coffee and a sweet coffee-caramel sauce.

• 1 Can off Condensed Milk
• 1 Can of Evaporated Milk
• 6 Eggs
• 1/4 cup 1936 Torrefacto ICubano Silver nstant coffee granules for even more flavor you can use our 1936 Torrefacto Vanilla and/or Chocolate flavours

• Step 3

Remove from heat and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm; unmold and serve.

To know if the flan is cooked, insert the tip of a knife; If it comes out clean, the flan is ready.

Coffee flan is the perfect dessert for coffee lovers. The coffee flavor is subtle, but it's definitely there, and the creamy texture of the flan pairs perfectly with the crunchy crust. This dessert is easy to make and it's sure to impress your guests. If you're looking for a delicious and unique way to enjoy coffee, give coffee flan a try!
