Steinbeck once said "travelling is a metaphor for life." I couldn't agree more. Have you ever been to a city that just takes your breath away? The first time I visited Quito, Ecuador I was astounded by the beauty of the Andes mountains that hug the city and the mix of cultures that create this unique place.
