1936 Torrefacto Pumpkin Coffee Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
6 tbsp melted butter
Filling:
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp 1936 Torrefacto Pumpkin Instant Coffee granules
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp salt

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon.
Stir in the melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.
Make the Coffee Pumpkin Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add sugar and mix until well combined.
Mix in the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
